Johari Window

We were asked to create what is called the "Johari Window".   From the website http://kevan.org/johari:

The Johari Window was invented by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in the 1950s as a model for mapping personality awareness. By describing yourself from a fixed list of adjectives, then asking your friends and colleagues to describe you from the same list, a grid of overlap and difference can be built up.

You pick 5-6 words you believe best describe yourself and then have 10+ people also pick 5-6 words to describe you.  Then you see how they stack up.  I asked about 25 people and received 24 responses. 

All six of my words were picked by other people.   Some only once, others quite a bit.  That became my "Arena". 

The Blind Spot were words that people picked that I did not.  Some I would have also picked had I been able to choose more than six.  Others I never would have picked.  Nervous?  Really?  haha  Unless you mean anxious. 

In Unknown, I completely agree.  Although I might have added brave.  Maybe one person?  Look what I did with my presentation!  ;O)

Here are my results.  It's nice to know that people see me as knowledgeable, friendly, energetic, caring and intelligent (everything above 30%).  Helpful @ 29%.  Funny...no one thinks I'm mature and dignified?   WHAT?  lol
